7s meals series - 2 (South Indian meal)

A typical Tamil meal consists of many spicy and non-spicy dishes. On special occasion, we do prepare mostly vegetarian food which will be served on banana leaf / plantain leaf. Lunch menu or meals includes rice, paruppu, sambar, puli kuzhambu, rasam, vadai, appalam, curd, payasam or kesari, pickle etc.

This menu shares a typical South Indian meal / South Indian lunch specially Tamilnadu lunch which includes plain rice, sambar, rasam, vazhakkai poriyal, masala kathirikkai, paruppu vadai or masal vadai, curd and semiya payasam.
