Sapodilla milkshake

Sapodilla which is called sapota in Tamil and chikoo in Hindi. This fruit is commonly used to prepare milkshake in most of the juice centers in Tamil Nadu. Sapodilla is a good source of dietary fiber and rich in calories. Sapodilla contains a good amount of antioxidant vitamins like vitamin C  and vitamin A. It tasted awesome and I hope you all like this wonderful taste.

I think its a common fruit in the Asian countries. We call it chiku and if you get the sweet ones, the taste is fabulous. So I can imagine the taste of this shake, certainly power packed, healthy and full of nutrients.

A good shake can boost our energy and cheer the day! Sapota has a funny taste and this shake can tone it down. Good option!
